Spa scent (aromatherapy) via the blower

You could try and let us know. I don’t think it will hurt anything but you may inadvertently attract more bugs to the spa if it’s a scent they like.

I suggest trying one of those car deodorizes and going with “New Car Smell”

NOOOOOOO!!!
First off, if you have an odor you are trying to cover then you are doing something wrong. Your spa should not smell.
Second, you cannot aerate the water without transferring some of that scent to the water. Want to swim in fragrance? Drop a car deodorizer in the filter well.
Third, liquid scents that survive oxidation survive soap too. Better like that scent, because it's your new perfume.
These are my personal opinions. Many people use scents without complaint.
