Spa Electrics Atom Lights - Am I stuck with them?

So my PB cheaped out and went with Spa Electrics Atom lights (ATOM Series — Spa Electrics Inc.) and two of them have failed in less than a year.

Wiring is all in conduit, but are lights generally only made to fit a specific housing? I'm wondering if this is just pull wire and replace or if the whole housing would need to be changed to another brand.

It appears that the lights are using a proprietary niche and only the ATOM light will fit.
