Skimmer Gurgling

I am absolutely new to the pool world. Our pool is 5 days old and we've had some gurgling noises from the skimmer box- see video here pool gurgling

Pool Specs:
Size- 3m x 6m x 1.69m
Volume- 20,100L
Pump- Henden Single Speed Pump 300
Filter- Henden Media Filter 2140 (filled with glass media)
Chlorinator- Henden Salt and Mineral Chlorinator 15

Can anyone help please????

First thought, try adding more water. It seems like it might not be high enough. Sometimes skimmers (like mine) need a bit more than halfway up the mouth to function properly.

I agree with Borjis.. The water in the pool should be right about the middle of the mouth of the skimmer.

The water is currently just over halfway of the mouth of the skimmer...
But I will try adding more water.

Do you have valves that control the water going into your pump?

Another video-
gurgling and bubbles

As you can see there are quite a few bubbles coming out of the jets and the pool is still gurgling.
I will take some photos of the equipment soon!

Jes,

Those bubbles look like they are coming from a Saltwater Chlorine Generator (SWCG). If you have a SWCG, then the bubbles are not a bad sign. You should still not be hearing a sound from your skimmer.

SOLVED!!!

After a bit of research about what was installed for the pool... we found the plumber had put in the vacuum plate.

We have now removed it and all is perfect!!!
