Hello everyone!

I have been in Lurk mode since the pool has been closed for a few years due to drought in CA.

Today I was cleaning the skimmer and as i pulled up the cover, it came out with the retaining ring. The retaining ring pulled right off of the concrete/brick.

Is there a construction adhesive I can use to glue the plastic ring to the concrete?
