Doing our cooing and need to set the skimmer at finished height.

I have an extension sleeve in addition to the skimmer too and cover.

Do I PVC glue the sleeve in place and then screw the top portion to the extension sleeve?

The top of the skimmer should be flush with the top of the bond beam which works out to the center of the mouth bring 3-4 inches down.

You only need the extension collar if the finished concrete height ends up leaving a gap between the skimmer and the cover collar.

I should have put the cooing stone beside to show elevation

I’m assuming I want the skimmer cover to be flush with my coping and patio stone?

If so, I need the extension collar. Is this glued in place?

It doesn't need to be. They are usually a really tight fit and having a little bit of adjustability ends up being a good thing to get the lid level with the surface. There should never really be water above the top of the skimmer anyway

Neither the extension or cover collars are snug.

I have to set the elevation and then fill and compact crusher run (gravel with fines) to lay the patio stones on.
