My EasyTouch works fine with my Android and iOS apps. My prior Windows computer ran ScreenLogic fine. I got a new computer, installed ScreenLogic, ran as Administrator, but I have a Gateway error. Tried this twice. Any ideas?

In the initial ScreenLogic Connect window, is the System Name (and Password) set correctly?
System Name should be "Pentair: XX-XX-XX", where the Xs are the last 6 characters of your protocol adapter's serial number.

Now stuck at a problem with the Remote System Version. It is reporting an earlier build than the new Screenlogic build on my Windows unit, which is the current 5.2 Build 738.0 Rel
