Had to reset 2 of my Orbi satellites all with excellent connections but can't get my Screenlogic Wireless adapter to connect to the outdoor antenna now.

I reset the interface brick using a paper clip , powered off the wireless adapter, etc. The interface brick has Ethernet cable to the Satellite Orbi and connection is good.

When I open the Screenlogic app, it connects to the interface but there is no data.

The outside Antenna has a slow blinking green light.

The equipment is in the same place as it's always been so not sure what the issue is.

Update 1hour later: I moved the wireless dongle out of the cabinet it was sitting in and now it connected. I did notice however the green wire looks too have snapped off but I feel like it was always like that. PXL_20250302_152404459.jpg

You need the green wire connected.

Yellow and green wires are the data comm. Black and red power the Protocol Adapter.

I have a few questions.

1. Where can I get a replacement white cable with those four wires? The one I have is short so whenever I move the interface block It's shifting the wireless device and the wires are really brittle.

2. I made sure all of the wires were connected to each adapter and moved the wireless box. It connected but it's still being finicky when I move it then a few inches the opposite direction back into the bookshelf. The wireless adapter is about 35ft from the outside antenna. Is it really finicky with interference and distance? It's been inside a bookshelf for the past 7 months with very few issues but now every time I move it back in I have an issue with connectivity to the antenna.

It blows my mind how archaic and poorly set up this whole interface /product is.

Any 4 wire 18 gauge cable will work.

You can use a Cat5/6 cable with 8 wires and twist each pair together to make a 4 wire cable.

That is why Pentair declared the 20+ year old EasyTouch system obsolete and has an improved network interface on the IntelliCenter that replaced it.
