Replacement of 1.5" IG vacuum hose ends

Dummy me. I left the vacuum hose out over winter. Now, the ends are split.
Has anyone successfully replaced the ends on their otherwise serviceable vacuum hose?

I’ve had this great hose for the past 10 years but prices of both ends have come off and I can’t get a secure fit on the pool vacuum or the pool filter end. how do you change these ends? Or do you just toss the whole hose and buy new?
