Replace few verticals and top rail

Good morning
I found some rust in few of legs and top rails. I want to replace them but don’t want to empty my pool all the way. Was planning to drain little more than half. I have a Coleman best way intex Pool 22x52. Anybody have ideas how to do it? Thanks

You can replace the top rails without draining at all. They are not the only structural part of the top. More of a finish thing. If you can find replacement pieces, I would swap them out one at a time. The same for the legs. But, absolutely do one at a time.
