Recommendation for Replacement Cartridge Filters

Where do you guys purchase all of your replacement filter cartridges?

I have a Hayward C5030 filter with the CX1280XRE filters.

I wanted to have a standby set ready for a "hot swap" when one set needs to be cleaned.

The cheapest I've seen them are on Amazon (the Hayward) brand. However, I've seen other brands such as Poolman and Unicel that have filters that will fit the C5030.

I have used a couple of replacement sets of Pleatco filters. I like them a lot. They are better, last longer, are easier to clean and are cheaper. Better all the way around.

I have a Hayward C2030 and have used Pleatco replacement filters for years with good results. I usually get them from eBay for around $120 for the four filters. That's cheap enough for me to just swap them and throw the dirty ones away. I'll do anything to not have to clean them!

I appreciate the input. I purchased a set of 4 new pleatco filters (PA-131). They were delivered today.

Spent $185 on my filters and got $5.58 back. Not too shabby.
