Problem with Intex xtr ultra 24x12x52 corner joints

Hello
I have just filled the pool at 80% and I have a bending and corner joints problem as you can see in the pictures. The one joint doesn’t move and seems that is at the limit to pop out. The pool is 1,5 inch off level at some points. I have read some threads in the forum but I didn’t find a solution or many infos. Is to dangerous to collapse. The pool will be used by many children at a party. Thanks

Can you remove the solar cover reel and see if you can push it in? I am not sure if the reel's pole is 1 piece or floating where it collapses and expands with the pool's movement. If it is solid, it might be holding the upper rails in a static position.

Thanks for the reply. The solar cover reel it isn’t supposed solid. The problem persist without the reel

Next thought... It might be that the corner piece is not centered in that it is pushed into one side more than the other. Can you try to pull it slightly out of once side and into the other to balance it?

It is impossible to move it… the other corners are moving ok…
