Brush? Like we use for brushing the pool weekly? That brush does not pick it up. Is really sticky.

We wondered about algae. But it looks and feels like Douglas fir pollen which is really sticky. Pool otherwise looks good by appearance and chemistry.
As an aside, the walls and bottoms of the pool look ok to us but we have never liked the steps. Maybe a light pressure wash would make them look better.
