Pool/Spa combo valve set up

Hi all,
When using the spa, the pool water would slowly drop down after about 45 min maybe an hour. I have done some research and most videos say you need to change the valve or close it off to only draw water from the spa. Which I was not aware of. We bought the house with the pool and our pool is slowly growing. I am unsure which valve or valves needs to be adjusted. Grateful if you could shed some light on the correct valves. Please see attached photos.
Thanking you in advance

It is builder malpractice to not label all pipes and the direction of water flow.

It is difficult to understand your plumbing when the pictures show pies disappearing into unknown places.

Your plumbing has two valve actuators that are connected to some control system. What control system do you have?

The red circled actuator controls the pump suctions coming from the pool or spa.

The green circled actuator control the water return to the pool or spa.

The handle indicated the position of the diverter and which pipe is being closed. It looks like the return actuator is not aligned to fully close pipe 2.

I suspect the water is dropping down because some water is returning to the pool and some to the spa.

Show me the actuator handle positions when in POOL mode and SPA mode. Four pictures.
