Pool renovation - pool house vs gazebo

We are doing a renovation and are replacing our 20 year old brushed concrete decking with stamped concrete. Also new liner, equipment, coping, etc.

We were original thinking of doing a pool house, but it didn't make the budget. That may happen down the road, but has anyone done a stand alone gazebo (see attached) next to their pool? Wondering if this can sit on the decking, or if I can somehow attach it but remove it after a few years without leaving much damage? The new concrete hasn't been poured yet.

I think it all depends on how you attach it to the deck. Usually bolts are attached to the deck and the gazebo attaches to those bolts. But they would stick out when you remove the gazebo.

Any tricks to cover up the holes that the anchors will create down the road? Just use furniture?

I don't have experience with anchors in pool decks, but in manufacturing we pound them down and/or cut them off all the time when we move equipment. You could patch the holes after as well and it wouldn't be too noticeable.
