Pool Cover Pump flooding yard

I have a Wayne pool cover pump which obviously runs great and puts out a lot of water quickly. I pump off the cover and drain it to a spot in the yard about 10' downhill from the pool where it travels another ~70' to a drain.

With this setup, it floods 3 parts of the yard and washes out the grass killing some small patches. I tried attaching a sprinkler nozzle to the end of the hose to spread out the water, but that gets clogged by small dirt particles and drains at least 5x slower.

One option would be running an 100' hose straight to the drain (or street) but I don't want to mess with that every time.

Is there a nozzle that I could use to spread out the water and not overwhelm one particular spot in the yard?

You can two to one or three to one hose adapters from a hardware Store. Then that would let you divert it to two or three different places.

Or maybe rig up a drip line that you can attach it to Probably need to be one of the larger higher capacity styles, depending on how much water actually gets pumped off

Do you have a sand or de filter?
If so, where does your waste from that go?
I have a series of 2” pvc pipes laid out across my yard to divert my backwash water in the summer & use it for my cover pump water in the winter. I do intend to bury them a little but it just hasn’t happened yet. I just stick the backwash or cover pump hose in the end of them as its a downhill run. Otherwise it pools & muddies up the area around my shop. When I do bury them I will probably put a 45 on the end with a cap just below grade similar to a clean out so its not a trip/mower hazard.

If only an off season solution is necessary the two or three way hose connector with multiple hoses Bperry mentioned may be sufficient.

I tend to leave my cover pump on the cover most all the time so it pumps as it rains instead of pumping off several days worth of rain at once since it is automatic.
