Pool aeration

Is something like this really effective at raising ph? Is there something else I should try that would work better? I like the idea of the fountain effect. Really need it for more pragmatic use than aesthetics, though

It'll work faster and better to raise ph with more, smaller holes drilled in it.

I built this on top of a sump pump. The trick to raise pH is to make A LOT of VERY TINY bubbles.

I can lower TA by 10ppm in 12 hours in a 30K gallon pool.

Ha ha! No. I forgot to add the article! Reduce ph and TA with muriatic, then raise pH with aeration.
