Hello, I installed an auto chlorine feeder a couple of years ago and have since stopped using it. I had to drill two holes in the PVC pipes for the lines. Do they make any kind of patch or sealing plug to use to seal the hole. It is a hole just like one for a temp sensor. I have a lot of ideas in my head, but I was wondering if someone makes a piece to go under the clamp to seal it. Hate to reinvent the wheel.

Get the next size up piece of PVC so your pipe would slide into it. Cut the larger piece of PVC lengthwise in half. Use PVC primer and glue to fit the pieces over the area with holes. Then put worm clamps over the ends for insurance.

I gave up on my Hayward chlorinator when the seal went again. Rather than remove the whole thing and rework the pipework I simply removed the black feed tube from the saddle fitting and placed a small plastic plug (the red ones used for car battery vent plugs fit perfectly!) into the end and did it up again. Simples!
