Pentair Thermo Temp 400 issue

I have a Pentair Thermo temp 400 that was having an issue with cycling on and off once it reached 90*. I bought a kit online and replaced the stack flue sensor, Thermistor, pressure switch, gas shut off, and high limit. I also replaced the thermal regulator.
Now the heater comes on and heats to 90* and then powers off.
After setting for a bit and cycling the circuit breaker it will power back on and do the same thing again.

I would appreciate any direction that can be given.

Is your Pentair MasterTemp heater connected to automation?

Did you check the internal bypass valve in the manifold?

Not set up on automation. temp on control panel and Heater is on 102*
Not sure about a bypass valve in the manifold. Where and what is it?
