Is that a 240V motor? If so, just put one of the blue wires into each of the connections that have white and black. That may be the ground screw at the bottom of the picture (silver screw/green wire). A picture of the label would help. Also the brand of pump/motor.
You purchased a motor. Wire as mentioned. Find the green screw and attach the green wire there, as per the label. That motor is a 2.2 total horsepower motor. Your old one needs to have been the same, or smaller or the new will not last long. A picture of the old motor's Label will help.
