The model number is not listed and I need to replace the spider gasket inside- I am leaking out the backwash pipe and it's very difficult to turn the handle. I have not taken it apart yet. If anyone could help identify the part number for the spider gasket, I would be very grateful. Picture attached

Older model, but does appear to be that valve. It looks like Leslie's markets that same valve as the Jacuzzi 42289.
