Need Help choosing a replacement pump.

I've currently got a 11 year old single speed pump and I want to replace it with a variable speed pump to help save money on electricity. Pool is in ground 35000 gallons with 1.5 inch pipe. Curren filter maximum flow is 62GPM and current pump is 3450rpm at 1 HP. From what I can tell I need a pump that won't exceed 60 gpm. A lot of the pumps I see exceed that. Do these pumps have modifiable speeds so that I can set 4 speeds that won't exceed that rate? Thanks in advance. Any particular recommendations?

I bought this one on Amazon. It's not a "name-brand" pump but their hot tub pumps get good reviews. I bought it before there were any reviews on it so I kinda gambled there. I just fired it up for the first time last night and so far so good! My expectations were pretty low given the old pump it was replacing, but it seems like a really nice unit. It's quiet. It has four programmed speeds but you can customize them. When you first turn it on it runs full speed for 10 minutes then down to I think 65%. When it's running at full speed it MOVES SOME WATER! Almost too powerful. It has a max flow rate of 87gpm though so might be too much? They have in-ground versions of this as well.
