Nautilus plus CC off tracks

I recently replaced the treads the pulleys the brushes everything that you could possibly think of to replace for the moving mechanics of this Nautilus plus CC.. everything fits perfectly except for when the machine goes in reverse the pulley comes off the track every single time works fine going forward.. I'm at my wit's end with this machine and I don't want to throw it away but I don't know what else to do
