I have a shared system pool/hot tub. I winterized the pool and am only using the hot tub in the winter. I have an IntelliCenter and Pentair mastertemp 400K heater. The temp for the spa is set at 104, but the actual temp it’s is reading won’t go above 100 degrees. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Is your heater running or shutting down.
Use a cooking thermometer and measure the actual spa water temperature as you would measure the temperature of a pot of water.

It runs and then kicks off. I’ll have to check the actual temp when I get home but it feels like 100 to me. I usually like it at 102.
