Male Nipple Fitting Adapter To connect 2 hoses together

Hey all I just need to know if this would fit the ends of the stock intex hose?

The hose I am refurring to is the larger hose that goes from the salt water system into the pool.

They have both 1.5 and 2”. Will the 1.5 be the one I would need or 2”?

I’m trying to just connect 2 of the hoses together since the one I have won’t be long enough to reach the skimmer I plan to install.

That is going to be a hard one to answer. Your best bet would be to run down to Lowes or such and buying some to see which one fits best or at all.
