Magnetek motor date - please see photo attached

I don't own a pool. I'm helping an inspection team in California, in dealing with the aftermath of all the damage from the fires. Can someone direct me to an online resource that helps identify various pool equipment, including dates and factory locations?

I have attached two photos: one shows the layout of the current equipment, and the other photos shows the nomenclature plate from the non-working pump motor I'm trying to date (i know what that sounds like).

The IntelliFlo should have a label with the manufacturing date and model number.

The motor looks like it was made in October 1999.

According to that, BT10-20 might be the date. BT=1999, 10=October. So October 1999. Could also be a coincidence that BT is part of a date code for a Century motor.
