low voltage string lights

Looking to add some lighting to a Gazebo which is in the far end of the yard where no power is available but do have 12v buried cable there. Would like to find a LED string light that would work with the transformer
I have searched quite a while but don't think they exist. I know there are solar ones but I'm not sold on the quality of them.

Reading description it shows 12v DC, I am pretty sure one of my transformer I have to the gazebo is a/c.
Doing some reading on the reviews many say they come with a standard 110v, 2 pin plug that needs to be cut off ?
I wonder how many directly plugged them into 110 and had instant roman candles.

here is a link to 1/2" (13mm) 12 Volt DC rope light.
you can order cut to size. It's pricey compared to most other rope light.

I use it for the perimeter of my pool. However, I run an off grid 12V system (no risk of a transformer short in the pool). I use a 100 Watt solar panel to keep a deep cycle 12V battery charged and run them straight off of it. but, I see no reason you couldn't use this with your 12V transformer.

I may be misunderstanding what you are saying. But if you have an AC transformer. That is converting 110 volt AC 110v to 12V DC.

There are 2 products you can use. The first is a 12VAC to DC converter. From there, you can add any type of LED strip lights to your space.

My house is covered in this company's LED strip lighting products. Very high quality. I can highly recommend. Plus mounting solutions, lots of colors and temperatures, the works. I can't make out if you need 12VDC or 12VAC, nor does this webpage specify, but send this guy an email and he'll get back to you. You'll need to determine if your transformer is outputting AC or DC. Does it not specify that somewhere? It could be either. My garden lighting transformer puts out 12VAC.
