Hi my name is Brian I’m new to this I purchased a radiant pool 33 foot round I put it all the way in the ground my liner has pulled out of the tract so now I have a floating liner and was wondering if anyone else has had these problems thanks for any information 80480AD2-57EE-44DA-ABDA-A99EEED6B348.jpeg1F39ADE1-832B-4F06-97D6-53DC91399655.jpeg4F560F4A-4FED-42B7-A1BA-0821CEA4878E.jpeg

Welcome to TFP.

Looks like water may have got behind the liner and pushed it out.

I think you will need to wait until the summer when the liner warms up and becomes more pliable to see if you can get it back in its track. That may take draining half the pool to work on the liner.

Vinyl Liner-Out of Track A-B-Cs - Further Reading may give you some ideas of what you need to do.

That liner may not be salvageable.

How old is the pool and liner?

When did you install it?

I agree with ajw22. I also see ice on the water's surface, so if water was behind the liner before it froze that could also push the liner out of the track. How long ago was the pool installed? Have you had ground water issues before? Did you recently have an extraordinary amount of rain or snow?
For now you need to remove the water that is behind the liner, and find a way to prevent ground water from accumulating there in the future. You may be able to do this by installing french drains around the pool to divert ground water away or by installing a well point near the pool. I would consult with a landscape architect and get an estimate on draining the water away from the pool. You will need to wait until the water is warm to set the liner back in the track. Just keep the pool drained below the skimmer. If the liner is 10 years or older you may want to go ahead and replace it anyway in the spring.

Agree with both above posters. May be best to install a well point this summer when the ground dries out. Dig a 3ft in diameter hole as deep as the pool and buy a tube big enough for a sump pump to fit in. Fill the hole around the tube with crushed stone n cut the pipe at ground level n add a skimmer cap and plate. When it rains check the hole and drain as needed.
