Leak Repair

I have a leak in my plumbing. It's a very slow/minor leak at one of the joints. See the picture where I've circled the joint and have an arrow pointing to the crease that's leaking. History - The leak was discovered two years ago and the pool builder tried just spreading some PVC glue on the crease and that did stop the leak - for the rest of that season and all of last years season. I understood it wasn't a great "fix", but it was free. Unfortunately, I noticed it leaking again. Of course the best thing to do would be to re-plumb that leg of the system. However, I was wondering if there were any other ideas that might work. I was thinking I could use something like Flex Seal on it and maybe get another year out of it, or at least until I close it for the winter and then fix it correctly. Any other ideas/options?

If you watch the Flex Seal commercials carefully you will see they never use it on a pressure application. It has no strength to hold back pressurized water.

Try the Snap Fitting. I never used it but it looks made for your type of problem.

Today I learned that snap fittings AND pressure tape exists.

Seems the snap fittings could last a significant period of time - I would think if it happens to cover the leak right in the middle of the snap ring - could be permanent.
