Jandy Valve Information

I'm looking for the model number of my jandy valve. I'd like to buy the o-rings and internal valve for this one. There seem to be a ton of them out there and don't want to have issues getting the wrong parts? Anyone recognize this particular one? Or is there some place I can locate a model number?
