When I power on a new PCB attached to a power center the lights cycle through twice but the Service Light and the Aux 1 Light do not come on. I am able to activate both Aux1 and the board appears to operate in Service mode although the LED does not come on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If the LED does not light during the power-on bulb test sequence, or when the system is actually in those modes, it sounds like the PCB is defective.
