Jandy Aquapure Salt Generator - no flow

I'm getting a NO FLOW error message on my salt cell. It was recently serviced ( a tune up) and I wonder if maybe the valves were not set correctly. I'm posting a few pictures showing the salt cell and the valves. Does everything look ok? What else could be causing this? My salt level is appropriate and there is plenty of pump is running at a good rate.

Check the wire connections to the Tri Sensor

See Aquapure Troubleshooting Manual - https://images.inyopools.com/cloud/documents/jandy-aqua-pure-error-codes.pdf page 20 and diagnostic flow charts at the end.

The Jandy tri-sensor measures water flow, salinity, and water temperature.

The AquaPure does not have a flow switch, it has a flow sensor, which is a heated probe and and unheated probe and it works on the same principle as "wind chill".

If you have a No-Flow error try resetting the circuit breaker and re-calibrating the tri-sensor before you consider replacing it.

You can find instructions for replacing and calibrating the tri-sensor in the AquaPure and PureLink Tri-Sensor Adapter Installation Kit Manual.

The valves in your pictures are on, so unlikely to be a problem. Was about to say what @ajw22 did. All good stuff. Another thing to try is remove+inspect the tri-sensor to make sure it's not fouled with debris or calcium. If it turns out you need a new one, replacement is pretty simple.

Thank you for your feedback y'all. I'll check it out tonight. I took a picture of one more thing and didnt know if that indicates anything. The Program A light is light and the Flow indicator is flashing. I switched it to Program B (Program B light was lit and Flow was flashing) and I still was getting the No Flow Indicator.

Does anyone know what this thing is and does it matter which program its set to?

The setting depends on the firmware version. Here is the manual for the sensor replacement kit. It explains.

I guess this is pretty obvious, but are you sure there is actually flow? For starters make sure the returns have a good flow by holding your hand in front of them. If not, valves aren't the only possibility. Clogged pump impeller? Blocked filter? Debris hung up somewhere?
