Is glow in the dark spray paint safe?

Hello,
I was wondering if glow in the dark spray paint would be safe to use on inground plaster pool. We recently had to drain it. Was thinking of doing some artwork on walls before refilling it, but wasn't sure if it would be OK to use.

I think chlorine will deactivate the luminescent phosphors in glow in the dark paint. Also it is UV that activates the photoluminescent crystals and the CYA and water will block the UV.

If you just want a graffiti decorated pool then give it a try.
