iRobot Verro 500 Cleaner problems

I purchased my iRobot Verro from Costco approximately 6 years ago. It’s always been a workhorse. Throw in and 3-4 hours later it’s done.
Today, I threw it in and went to get dressed. As i looked out the window, it had stoppped. After several attempts, it seems it starts and runs for less than a minute and stops.

I’ve checked all the usual suspects. No broken bins, no blockage, straps are in great condition, etc...

Anyone have a similar issue? It appears to be electric. Maybe it’s shorting?

Thanks for your help

Did you change the belts? My iRobot Verro ( from Costco) I've had since 2010 stopped in the pool- or would go a bit then stop. Water was flowing through. I bought new belts and replaced and it's just zooming through the pool. ( must say that changing belts is a real puzzle- lots of swearing). This is the second time I've replaced belts.

Mine also just stopped working, turned out one of the power wires had shorted right where the cable enters the external shell. I believe it failed from years of pulling on the cable to drag the vacuum to the surface for removal after cleaning. I ended up cutting out the bad section and spliced the two wires back together with waterproofing. Seems to be holding up so far.
