I was filling my intex 9x18x52 pool in the dark and i guess when I pulled the leg one of them slipped out and I didn't notice until the pool was already full. Any suggestions??
I say see if you have someone who can push up on the top part so you can slip the leg back in. If not then remove water until you can move it back where it belongs
Had this happen to me last year. In broad daylight. (So what's my excuse?)
What I ended up doing was sawing the U-leg and wedging a 1/2" galvanized pipe that was cut to size leaving the other leg of the U in place.. It got me through the season. (The pool's 12th!)
My general plan was to repair the U in the off season. Then the pump died and that became Plan B while Plan A was to get a replacement from Costco. Since I still haven't unboxed Plan A yet, there's still an unlikely possibility that the old pool might get pressed into service for a 13th year.
