Intellicenter Login Failed

Good morning! I am a newbie here at TFP, but have been trolling for some time. We finished our beautiful pool in December and while I have learned a lot here, I have not needed direct advice until now. We have the Intellicenter and all seemed to be going well, but we had a power outage a few weeks back and since I have not been able to connect remotely. The internet connection checks out and I can connect locally. I may have made a mistake by resetting my password on my pentair account. Now, when i go to login to an existing account from the panel it tries for 4 seconds and then fails. I am at a loss, any ideas?

I may have figured this out myself, although it doesn't make sense. I found the threads from a few weeks ago about the latest firmware and the new Intellicenter2 app. Since it is a new pool I am already on 1.064, but I had been using the old version of the app. Opened the new version and everything works, but odd thing is that the password change I did on Intellicenter didn't make its way over to Intellicenter2. Its working now, but i can't quite put together how we got from A to Q. Thanks @Jimrahbe for your attempted assist.
 
Glad to hear you got it sorted. The only suggestion I had at the moment was to make sure you were pointed to intellicenter2.com and you had updated to the IC2 app.

I haven't had any issues with the login attempts directly from the panel, so I wasn't sure what to tell you to try there.

My guess is that once Pentair migrated everything to the IC2 website, they didn't link the accounts so that one doesn't affect the other. Purely a guess, and I'm not an IT guy so I don't understand how most of that stuff works.

Thanks! I am an IT guy and I can't figure it out exactly. However, they cut something over on 2/10 that impacted at least me, but likely anyone running 1.064 and the old app. It is pretty clear that my Intellicenter was communicating and authenticating to intellicenter2 effective that day. They either pushed an update to the panel, changed something in their network routing, or decoupled intellicenter 1 and 2 from one another. Anyway, its fixed for me. Thank you!!
