IntelliCenter - Logging in from Website intellicenter.com

So I've got my Intellicenter all setup. It works fine, I can connect locally or remotely through the app. However, when I sign on at intellicenter.com, I get a bad username/password. I've even attempted a reset through that and no luck.

Has anyone else been able to login from the web site? Also, I'm 100% sure it's the same email/password.

Update: I figured it out.

The online web site can't use the same special characters the phone app and actual unit can. You have to somewhat simplify the password. I think the inclusion of an & in my original password was the issue. I swapped that out for another special character it doesn't seem to mind.
