In-ground Spa Venturi Air Control Part Help?

I am trying to find the right replacement part for my hottub. I believe these are Venturi Air Control. The old ones measure as follows:

Widest diameter of top cap = 2-5/8"
Length from Bottom to Cap = 2-5/8"
Total Length = 3-1/8"
Outer diameter of threaded portion = 1-1/4"

Happy to provide any other dimensions.

Appreciate any pointers to who makes a replacement for this... manufacturer, model, part number, etc.
