Hello everyone,
I bought an house that came with an inground pool which for me looks old and outdated and I’m in the planning process to do some renovation .
I have an aluminum top coping and it’s screwed on the top of the pool wall that I hate so much and I would like to replace with some concrete coping or some nice coping stones .
I have only one problem : looks like the track for the liner is integrated in the pool walls and putting some stones coping on top will make impossible replacing the liner because the track is gonna be covered by the new coping . Needs open space on top for installing it in place .Never saw a configuration like that. Usually the liner tracks I see around other pools are facing horizontally. Mine face up to the sky vertically .Anyone has more information on what I’m dealing with ?
I’m attaching a couple images
Thank you and awesome job to the creator of this amazing community
