I need advise!! 1st time pool owners

Hello TFP peeps
We are née pool owners, purchased a Trevi pool 2nd hand. Also decided that we don’t wNt chlorine so we purchased a 2nd hand Intex salt water pump. I believe we can figure that part out. What I can’t figure out is what liner to get? The one removed was a bead liner (I believe) do I have to get the same type of liner or can I get an overlap liner? Also, this pool came with metal copping strips holding the liner and with plastic copping strips on top of those. Do I need to replace all of these parts or if I got an overlap liner with the copping strips that come with the liner be sufficient? Please help! Lol

Hi, welcome to TFP! Just FYI, a saltwater pump is a saltwater chlorine generator. You would still be using chlorine in your pool. You would not need the bead reciever strips if you go with an overlap liner. As far as I know they do not package new coping strips with liners, so you will either need to keep the ones that came with the pool or replace them.
