I need a replacement for my Pentair Sta-Rite P6R6F3-207 1.5 Hp 230/460V 3PH Max-E-Pro Pool Pump

We are a hydroponic farm in the Philippines with 45 units of Sta-Rite P6R6F3-207 1.5 Hp 230/460V 3PH Max-E-Pro Pool Pump.
We have had these pumps for a number of years and find them very reliable but from time to time we need to replace the motors. Our supplier in the Philippines is not currently able to give us supply anymore.
Please help me to find the replacement motor to match the existing pump and we using 3-phase 60Hz supply. Many thanks in advance.

I contacted Inyopools and ATO waiting for the reply. Here in the Philippines they only recommend single phase supply or a bigger 4Hp for the 3-phase.
The supply we using is 3 phase 400volts.

Is it the winding that are failing, If so I would look for a local company that can rewind them and install new bearings. Otherwise, I would look into replacing them with something that is more serviceable in your area. If motor replacement is common, I would looks for a pump that uses a universal motor and is coupled to a pump. This would make it easier to source a replacement motor and when the seals leak it is less likely to cause damage to the motor.

Hi James, actually these motors are used in hydroponics farm here in the Philippines, 1 motor per hydroponics house.
Due to farm expansion the company need the same motor since it was proven cost-efficient, economical and consistently running 24hrs 7 days without failure. Last 2022 the company ordered 20 units of this motor but since it was no longer available it takes longer time from the supplier to manufacture and also it is costly since they made it by request.
When I joined the company 2weeks ago, there are 10 motors already damaged and the farm no longer have any spare available. They tried to send out for rewinding but did not run longer and damaged again.
We cannot use larger pump since there are of different piping connections on each greenhouse farm.
I requested update on the price and quotation from the supplier pending their reply.

The current flow requirement is 400 liters per minute at 16 meters of pump head.

Since your power is 400V a Pentair p6r62f3-188 looks to be meet your requirements.

Other options are larger 3 phase pumps and use a VFD to slow them down to the speed you need to get flow you need or a variable speed pump.
