How to get dried silicone off of tile?

Just had tile installed on fiberglass pool and I'm noticing some dried clear silicone on some of the tile. What is the best way to get that off? Will muriatic acid remove it without damaging the tile and grout?

I think I personally would try a sharp razor held at the proper angle to get under the silicone but not scratch the surface. Has to be done carefully.
