Hot tub Liner coming off

Hey Guys

Wondering how do I glue this sucker back on? The liner is coming off just from regular wear and tear. Hot tub is about 8 years old. It a strongspa make.

I would just let it dry as much as I could and get some waterproof glue.

Fun! Love these!
That is a sticky-backed moulding strip, much like those used in the automotive industry. The problem is not the adhesive, which is still stuck to the shell, but the material (rubber) deteriorating. Any repair is temporary at best, and more places are going to come loose. If you're ok with that, glue away! Clean your surface and be careful not to get glue on the shell above the strip. No gorilla glue, or any foaming adhesive.
To do it right, remove it all, clean the shell, and apply new. Shop automotive repair for new strip, it doesn't have to be exactly the same size and comes in rolls.
