Hot tub jet pump question

Hey y'all, I have 2 pumps in my hot tub and one of them now only buzzes but won't push any water. It's a Relia Flo 39577. A few searches thought the capacitor could be bad - any other ideas? Is it fairly cheap/easy to replace the capacitor, or best to get a repairman (dread)? Thank you!

Depends where the capacitor is located.

Can you get your hands on the pump?

Can you remove the motor?

Maybe @RDspaguy knows.

Not familiar with that brand, but capacitors are usually mounted on the side of the motor or under the back cover. Not all motors have start capacitors and some also have run capacitors. You'll likely have to remove the pump to get to the capacitor.
Locked rotor (from obstruction or bad bearing) will also cause a buzz with no start.
