Help identifying leaky part name and any suggestions (Intex PureSpa ssp-h-10-2)

I hope all is well. After searching high and low, I located you guys, who seem to have the most knowledge in these areas.

About a year ago, I purchased an Intex PureSpa. While readying it for this fall, I noticed water leaking underneath control unit. Upon removing control panel head, I can see the leak occurring even while not running.

Can anyone tell me what this part is and if there is an easy fix? If not, should I just replace entire part (if that would help)? Pics including with arrows showing leak.

Unfortunately I have never seen one of these.
If I had to guess, the screws mount the heater tube to the bulkhead, near side having a flow switch, sensor, and ??? drain plug, or perhaps a thermowell for a high-limit. The pics make it hard to see under there.
The bulkhead will have a gasket/o-ring, and may just need a little tightening of the screws if leaking there. Go in a criss-cross pattern, not a circle.
If that's a drain plug, remove it and see how it seals. It may have a gasket/oring, or it may be a tapered thread with teflon tape. Repair appropiately but DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN a tapered thread as it will crack the drain fitting in the bulkhead. If the repair does not work, it may be a cracked drain fitting.
Better pics of the leak and all around, and a wiring diagram if you've got one, would help alot.

While the video is that of a different pump it leads me to suspect the leak might be from the piece with the sticker on it no sealing/being seated properly. If your handy I would do what the guy in the video did and just start digging in and go through the process of elimination.
