Help!/Advice... My shell seems to be blistering.

Hello guys. Hope you are well

I thought i would post here in case any of you gurus have seen this before and might be able to recommend a plan of attack.

Over the last year or so my old arctic spa has started to exhibit clusters of blisters, not sure why. I just ordered some magic erasers to see if I have any joy but seems quite deep into the finish so not holding my breath.

Im not majorly worried about the finish but hoping to cure it, I guess its more whether its likely to progress into a more terminal issue!

Welcome to TFP! We should probably start with the two most basic questions for you:
1 - Do you have a full set of water test results you can share?
2 - How old is this tub?

It's called "delamination" and it is the acrylic top layer separating from the fiberglass shell. You did not cause it and you cannot stop it. This is common in 2-layer shell designs.
