HDX Chlorinating Liquid from Home Depot

Hello everyone,

I was in a pinch and purchased HDX chlorinating liquid from Home Depot because my intex sand filter has the error code 91 (low salt) despite the salt levels being at 4130ppm, so it's not producing chlorine.

Anyway I am trying to balance my water using pool math but when I select liquid chlorine what chlorine percentage should I be choosing? I looked on the bottle but I'm am still unsure so any help would be appreciated. They are the 128 oz jugs.
