Hayward T-Cell 15 SWP reading zero salt.

I just replaced my T-cell 15 about 2 weeks ago because the other finally bit the dust after 6 years. The new one seemed to do the trick. As of 6 days ago my salt levels were reading 3200 ppm. Today I noticed there seemed to be a little green tint on the floor around the edges so I checked the instant salt reading and reset thru the diagnostic menu. Today it is reading 0000 salt and the chlorinator is off due to low salt levels. We've only had a few sprinkles of rain in the last week so there is no way the level will go from 3200 six days ago to 0000 today. Any ideas?

Followup--Oops I just found an identical post from April with the same problem.

It can be several things but firstly make sure the display reads t-15 or adjust it .There's a thermistor which goes south too along with the k4 relay.

Yes it does read T-15. Anything further than just going thru the menu for me will have to call the professional. Bought from Leslie's a couple of weeks ago so calling tomorrow. Thank you!
