Hayward super pump vs 700 isn't getting power...I think

Barely over a year old. Throwing codes 1 and 4, (or is that 14?) Any troubleshooting tips? thanks

Hmm - Hayward VS with Pentair automation.... how did that happen?

Try turning off the pump circuit breaker for 15 minutes.
While you are waiting - on the EasyTouch, put the automation in Service Mode.
Once the pump circuit breaker is baxk on, give the pump a couple minutes to boot up and see if you can control the pump via the pump control keyboard.

How is the pump wired to the automation panel?
In Service Mode, do you have 220v to the pump motor - checked at the pump?

Thanks @proavia, I’m just noticing the salt cell isn’t getting power either. Yikes. Next steps?

What manufacturer and model salt cell?
The SWG is supposed to receive power ONLY when the pump is on.
The SWG flow switch is the secondary safety device - a correctly wired/set up automation system is the primary safety device.

It is always best to match manufacturer of pump amd SWG with the automation system to get everything working seamlessly.

Why is that GFCB tripped? You have to turn it off then back on to restore power to the pump.
