Hayward SelectA-Flo Valve Doesn't Exist!

I'm stumped and hoping someone can help me out. I have a Hayward DE4820 filter with a Hayward 4 Port Multi-valve. It started leaking some water out the top. I was just in the process of backwashing to reduce the pressure, but I guess I was too late and once completed, changed back to filter mode and it started leaking water and it is still leaking water after turning it back on a after a couple of days.

I was going to rebuild it but figured it would just be easier to replace the key assembly. Well, it doesn't seem to exist on the internet. It also stumped my pool installer as I called them since I figured they would know what's up. The part number on the handle is SP0710Z20 and the sticker with the part number says "This valve for use on pro-grid DE filters only". I only have 4 ports: Filter, Waste, Backwash, and Pool and Spa Boost (never use this one).

Anyone else lucky enough to have this unicorn?

See if this SP0740DE matches and is the replacement for your 4-way MPV....

Or SP0425...

The multiport in this picture is the wrong model.

The picture is for a top mount sand filter multiport, not a DE multiport.

Below is the new Model/Style Selectaflo valve.

The poster has the old style model Selectaflo valve.

I currently have a Hayward sidemount backflush valve (appears to be model SP0710Z20) with a crack/leak.

The size on the side of the Hayward DE3620 appears to be 2" and reduced to 1 and 1/2 " as it approaches the side of the backflush valve. Is there any functional purpose for this reduction and if not, what model will fit in 2"? It appears to me that this only produces a flow restriction in my otherwise 2" plumbing. Also, is there a identical generic model that is cheaper than the OEM valve. Think I may have saw one ( maybe CMP ) somewhere is the past.

Yes, there would be a reduction in flow if you have 2" plumbing that is reduced to 1.5" for the valve. I’d recommend going with the 2" multiport valve.
We have two options for the Hayward DE3620, but both are currently out of stock. You can sign up to be notified as soon as they are back in stock.

Oh my goodness! I found this post because I have the exact same problem. It happened yesterday. I have searched the internet for several hours trying to find a replacement part, and it is like the part number doesn't exist.

I appreciate all the responses. I shouldn't ask a question and leave for vacation.

The only label I have is on the handle itself. Here are a couple of pics. I'll get in touch with INYO and see what I found out.
