I just replaced the combustion blower motor in my Hayward H250 IDL. The old when made some funny noises then just quit altogether. When it quit, I did NOT have the AO error. LED display was normal and the heater just hummed on start up but no blower.
Now after replacing the blower with a new one, I have the AO error. Heater starts up, I can hear the blower working fine, then after 30 seconds or so I get the AO error. I checked the tubing, it looks good. Any ideas? Not sure what would cause the AO error now after replacing the blower motor. It was working fine until the day it went out.
